About Us
Staffed Hours
We are in our 7th year of operation. Powerhouse Gym Syracuse is located in Shop City Plaza near the intersection of Grant Boulevard and Teall Avenue. We are open to members over 19 years of age, 24/7 365 days a year.
9:30 am - 6:00 pm Monday-Friday
9:00 am - 5:00 pm Saturday
9:00 am - 3:00 pm Sunday
We are a 24/7 facility with open access for Members only.
