With a collegiate background in baseball and strength training, Preston works as a Certified Personal Trainer at Powerhouse Gym Syracuse in both 1-on-1 and small group sessions. 

Preston uses functional training with an emphasis on core strength and strength conditioning to help clients reach and surpass their goals. Strong emphasis on injury prevention.
